Welcome to Evergreen. By accessing our website, applying for the Evergreen VIP Network, attending our private sourcing events, or utilizing our inventory reservation and fulfillment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Evergreen provides private estate sourcing, vintage inventory curation, and local fulfillment coordination. Access to the Evergreen VIP Network and private member portal is a privilege. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or revoke membership access at our sole discretion to maintain the integrity of our collector network. You must be at least 21 years of age to apply for membership or utilize our services.
Program Description
Evergreen members who opt-in will receive automated SMS messages strictly for transactional and informational purposes. This includes inventory drop alerts, reservation confirmations, account status updates, and fulfillment or pickup notifications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with the portal, your reservation history, and our weekly estate sourcing schedules.
Pricing
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your specific cellular plan.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing info@evergreennewjersey.com.
Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
All requests for estate items and vintage inventory are processed securely through our private member portal. We provide local coordination and fulfillment for our members across New Jersey. Because our sourced items are unique and highly limited, all reservations and subsequent fulfillment agreements are final unless an item is withdrawn by Evergreen prior to collection.
Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all local pickups, fulfillment appointments, and in all communications with our sourcing team. Harassment, illegal behavior, unauthorized reselling, or violation of our community standards will result in immediate termination of your network access.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the portal or our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
